Dear Amanda…Thanks for your feedback. Please feel free to use the other website. Given the hostility of your post and language you used in it I believe that you taking your business elsewhere may be in our best interest as well. Further to your point relating to this “other website”, I’d like you and all of my valued customers to know and understand that it is NOT where I get my merchandise from and remind those interested in the site to understand that though some items may be listed as less than some of my items, there are NO additional costs added to my product’s prices unlike some of the other options out there. One website was recently brought to my attention and upon further inspection I noticed that there would be an exchange rate added to their bottom line, plus the cost to transfer funds and so on. I also noticed that should your item be defective, you the costumer you have to email photos of your purchase and they would then determine if it was worthy of an exchange. With Thrifty Threads you’re dealing with someone face to face and more often than not there are no hoops to jump through in getting an item exchanged. Not to mention, that we’ve always strived to provide positive customer service relationships be it through door to door delivery, offering to meet customers when and where it’s convenient for them and so forth. You see Amanda, that’s why I do this. This is not my full time job. This is a hobby. I enjoy meeting people and having something to keep me busy at home. So, please, (please) feel free to take your business elsewhere as given your tone and your choice of words I have NO desire to work to strive to make you happy. Also, the post you’re commenting on has purses listed as $25.00 so if you’re going to cry “rip-off” at least visit and comment on a page where the prices are listed at more than $33.00. Amanda. I’m not the least bit afraid of LOSING customers nor am I afraid of whatever the reaction from this “Chinese Site” will be. I’ve deleted your posts and comments because you’ve:
A) Sent Idle Threats
B) Used Offensive Language
C) Made completely ridiculous statements sometime without leaving a name
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I don’t deal with any websites whatsoever so I wish you the best of luck in your investigative search. I purchased access to my stock through a colleague and deal with a distributor with whom I’m a first name basis & have a very good, honest and open relationship with. Hi Amanda. I don't know the Cathy you speak of. Also, most of my customers are aware that if they wanted to they could find the merchandise I offer somewhere else and perhaps even at a reduced rate. My most loyal customers however would rather deal with somebody in a more direct manner and take advantage of a more personalized manner of doing business. Again, I have not and never will deal with a website such as the one you’re referring to. Please understand that just because you found a source that offers comparable merchandise at a “reduced rate” doesn’t mean I have anything to do with it. By your logic you’re suggesting that if you see a Brand X dishwasher at Company 1 and see the same Brand X dishwasher at Company 2 but for a reduced rate – Company 1 is purchasing from Company 2 and reselling the product. It’s not the case there, just like it’s not the case here. Again, Have a Great Day!
Amanda. I have to delete your posts because they're dishonest. I have no idea who Cathy is and if Cathy knows who I am then I would encourage her to give me a call. Or better yet, why don't you give me Cathy's number and I'll gladly touch base with them. I'm not talking to you like you're stupid. I'm talking to you like somebody who's constantly posting nonsensical information on a hobby site. I've never once promised a customer that I offer the cheapest rate on anything because truth be told I had no idea if I did or not. But I can promise you and my customers that I don't deal with a website and I don't know a Cathy.
